PRODUCT NO : TS13609 KANCHI RICH COTTON BIG ANNAM SAREE- it has a beautiful Kumkum Dark Maroon coloured body with big Annams in checks all over the saree. These annam motifs are finely woven with thread in cream colour all over the body. The Pallu is a grand weave of seepu rekku in between with row beautiful Yallis and Paisley on either sides. It has border with Yallis and Paisley with small green sleeve-edges. The Yalli weave is very unique in this Saree.

It also comes with a plain maroon coloured blouse with borders on both sides.

Yalli : This is a ancient animal seen in many south Indian temples.
This motif is said to protect the wearer from evil eyes.

Annam : annapakshi motif is the holy sign which draws a distinction between the good and the evil. Weavers also acknowledge it to be an auspicious symbol that brings wealth and prosperity to the weaver and the wearer.
